These pages do not include accounts, enquiry forms, uploads, online payments, advertising tags or analytics tools. The code does not load external fonts or scripts. Example tabs change only the visible text. Email and phone links open applications on your device; the website does not automatically send enquiry text or manuscript files.
Enquiries and project materials
Contact details, briefs, extracts, manuscripts and review comments you supply are used to respond, prepare a quote, agree scope and carry out the editing work. Share only what is needed and what you have permission to provide. Consider removing unnecessary personal information, particularly in memoirs, case studies or interview-based writing.
Confidential manuscripts
Before sending confidential or unpublished work, agree the communication channel, access and handling arrangements, including return or deletion of files. A short extract can support an initial discussion. These website files do not automatically publish submitted materials or use them as public examples.
Retention and information requests
Retention of correspondence and working files depends on the project, review requirements and applicable record-keeping obligations. Handling, return and deletion arrangements are confirmed for the engagement; this page does not assign a single period to all material. Contact us to ask about information relating to you or request access, correction or deletion as applicable. We may need to confirm your identity and the information concerned.
Optional browser preference
“Close and remember” saves bexvoklul_notice_v1 with the value seen in localStorage to remember closure of the notice. It has no programmed expiry. This code does not send the value to a server. Remove it on the Cookies & storage page or by clearing browser site data.
Hosting environment
A hosting provider may process technical request details, such as an IP address, to deliver pages and maintain the service. The scope and retention of those records depend on the provider and configuration. These files add no advertising or analytics systems. If deployment adds data-processing functions, the privacy information should be updated to reflect them.
